About  9 years ago or so I worked in another hair salon. I remember drying my client’s hair when a referral client walked in she seemed like the nicest lady. She asked asked me: “I have a few questions for you I was referred by so and so…I knew that my client in my chair was going to have a fit..but I did not know that she was actually going to snap on the new client! My client snapped at the poor woman and said: “I’m paying her for my time if you have a question make an appt!!  I was so shocked mortified!!!..I didn’t even have a chance to apologize… The nice lady left so embarrassed never to be seen again. I wanted to take the hair dryer and pop my client upside her head. I didnt. I couldn’t. I just smiled and finished her hair do. I lost a client and $$$$$$ just because I have to cater to this special needy client. She’s been with me for years. I learned to never answer my cell or dare talk to someone else more than 5 min even when she is sitting with color in her hair. Some people are needy, some miserable and some just love to snap. If that were to happen now I will speak up and kindly set her in her place. Princess Diana is dead..and when she was alive she didn’t act like that. Funny how ordinary people act superior when at the end of day they go home to average homes. NOT a castle.
