I can relate.  You spend months and months trying to get the perfect blond on a client and then one day they decide they want it jet black or they come in with a box color red hair. You are entitled to change your mind I but at least wear the color for 6 months to a year before you change it overnight. I speak for myself.  I feel like you don’t respect the time and energy I spend trying get to pull the black out of hair to make you  blond.
