I’ve heard horror stories from clients who have worked or still work at Lil Ceasars, in fact I’ve witness happy lucky people get super depressed with crying spells from all the stress this cheap pizza parlor places on their employes. One client is walking around with a quarter size bald spot, the other one breaks out in hives, it’s a big time slave driving place not worth the money. They have secrets shoppers every single day, part timers don’t get vacations. They make more than 500 pizzas a day, the pay isn’t that great. If an employes quits the managers have to cover their shifts and work like mules. If you are a single parent, in college, or just trying to make a living this place is NOT healthy for your sanity or physical health. I’m passionate about making this known since I hear horrow stories from former employees and ones who still work there. The prize for the pizzas is really cheap and I take it it brings a certain type of crowd. I can’t stay too much because I don’t want to get attacked for stereo typing. The customers curse, threatened, yell, scream try to spit, throw money, want to punch you in the face if they have to wait a few extra minutes for the pizza to be done. They want their hot and ready pizza right now or else!!! One employee got fired and had their friends rob a Ceasar’s with guns and mask like the movie purge, another employee had a man stumbling to his death inside the store after getting shot. I’ve witness some of the craziness in one of the pizza parlors. It all depends I guess in the neighborhood..I doupt they sell this greasy pizza in well to do hoods. I was up till 2:30 last night taking to two employees (clients) tell me how stressful it is to work there then I come to work today and a former worker who worked at a San Diego location told me she quit just after one year because of bad anxiety. Lil Ceasars doesn’t care about their employees they only care about selling thousands of their hot and ready pizza. I never cared for them. The next time I want to eat pizza I’m going to support a family owned parlor, or just go to the super market and get a box and stick it in the oven. The next time you go to Little Ceasars please be kind to the cashier. You have NO idea the stress they are in under that smile.
