This is my good friend. I transitioned her from color and highlights to a bleach and toning. I notice that color and highlites is so much more damaging than getting it bleached out and toning it. I cut off about 3 inches of her old crispy hair and gave her a layered angled bob. Inspired by Michelle Phifer in Scarface. Ps her natural hair is black.
