What does it mean to be a kid at heart?

To me, being a kid at heart means embracing good, hearty laughs without a second thought. When children laugh—those deep, genuine belly laughs—they’re not concerned with who’s watching or judging. They just express pure joy. That’s what I love most about laughing with friends: those moments when we can let go and laugh freely, even if it’s about the challenges we’ve faced. We find humor in our stories and turn tough situations into something lighthearted, reminding ourselves not to take life too seriously. To me, that’s what it means to stay young at heart.
